Our Delivery and Return policy
After you place an order, you always think about the delivery period. Everybody wants a prompt delivery as soon as the order is placed.
And if not, all you expect is an exact confirmation about the same.
- Here at M2M Nutrition, there’s an option to review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section.
- You get notified through email and text message about your order placement and shipment details.
- Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.
- You may use credit/debit cards, internet banking and/or COD to make your purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- If you make an online payment, ensure if your account has been debited. If it gets debited after a payment failure, it normally gets rolled back in your bank account within 7 business days. Though the time taken can vary from bank to bank. Please check with your bank for more details.
- The order gets delivered within 2-3 business days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad).
- For the rest of the cities, we deliver within 4-5 working days. And, ground deliveries take longer than air-dispatched products. Ground-shipped deliveries take 5-7 business days post dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote areas such as North-east may take up to 7 working days or longer, depending upon the location’s geographical constraints.
Return Policy
- We put you at ease while ordering at M2M Nutrition, as you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. However, ensure that the product is either unused with tags, packaging, and boxes intact.
- If you’ve made an online payment, we refund it and keep you notified about the same. In the case of COD, we either initiate NEFT to the bank account or issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
- In case an item or part of it is found damaged/ defective as per the description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, we request you to send a picture or video of the packaging and products received to our customer care support +91 8007556000 within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- We arrange a reverse pickup and then generate either a full refund or a product replacement, as per your request.
Please Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.
Terms & Conditions
Nutrition: Products should be sealed pack while returning. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted. For issues like rashes, upset stomach, flavor issues, etc., products are not eligible for return. Do consult before buying the product.
